Prompt: How Do I Know If I’m Really Channeling?
You are. The only thing that is possible is channeling: everything is channeling. You are a soul filtering through a human body: all thoughts come from your soul and the Universe. You are channeling always, by definition, and so is everyone else.
What appears to you to be good, clear channeling in any field- in the arts, scientific innovation, writing, “automatic writing,” speaking, coaching, or what you think of as traditional psychic channeling, is the result of the channel being in a state of non-judgement. Everything you perceive as genius is simply clear channeling.
A clear channel fully accepts all thoughts that come through, even if they feel ridiculous, embarrassing, or impossible. These are the types of thoughts that make up creativity. They are a departure from the normal, restrictive, boxed structure of societal thinking. Removing judgements of what thoughts are “appropriate” allows you to accept whatever thoughts come through rather than pushing them away for fear of seeming stupid, needy, vulgar, naïve or deviant.

From the perspective of the Universe, such deviant thoughts are exceptionally beautiful, even those thoughts that you are embarrassed to think because you imagine others around you would find them disgusting, ridiculous, or shameful. Give up your judgements and your confidence in your channeling will bloom as new thoughts rush into your mind.
When you judge a thought that is trying to come through, the judgement comes from a distorted ego that attempts to protect you from imagined dangers. This will make you unsure of yourself, because it is an untrue voice shouting loudly and fearfully over a gentle, fully accepting, loving voice. Giving up judgements slowly over time will clear this voice away.
Ah, but how do you know, once you have removed your judgements, if what you are channeling is “correct”? How do you know you are not making it up?
When what is coming through is love (and when you have removed judgement, that is all it can ever be), then there are infinite possible ways to interpret the information and every single one is correct. You ARE making it up, and that is what channeling is. It is receiving a feeling of love from the Universe and translating it through your human vessel, through your own life experiences, into one of infinite interpretations. You cannot possibly make an error because every answer is correct. You are actively inventing the world in love and there is no one perfect way. There are infinite perfect ways.

Our answer to every problem and every confusion will always be: release judgement. Release judgement and you will no longer wonder whether you are channeling. You will only realize will full certainty that you have never not been channeling.
